Does my project require IRB review?

To help you determine if your project constitutes Human Subject Research and requires IRB review, please complete the Determination Survey questionnaire by clicking the link here. Once completed a PDF will be emailed to the address provided in the survey. Please keep a copy of the completed questionnaire in the study file.
