Recruitment templates

Whenever possible, the layout of advertisements should conform to UNMC's institutional requirements regarding the use of logos and brands. Please see the UNMC Brandwise site for available templates to assist with this.

Another recruitment resource available for UNMC/NM researchers is the Clinical Research Recruitment team. The Clinical Research Recruitment Office can assist research teams with developing direct invitation scripts, social media posts, and print materials. Visit their site to get started.

UNO has its own specific guidelines for recruitment via flyers. Please review the guidelines within the academic section of the UNO Brand Guide, specifically the 5 required brand elements to ensure that you are meeting UNO’s branding requirements. UNO advertisements must also comply with HRPP policies.

Study teams are reminded that all advertisements must adhere to UNMC HRPP Policy 3.5.
